Marie and Tim are partners in life and owners of Morlanow Koffi, our beautifully crafted and well-equipped events catering trailer. Tim, with a background as a carpenter and specialist in vehicle renovation projects, renovated The House Box with meticulous attention to detail. His craftsmanship shines through, creating an original and atmospheric trailer that captivates guests.

In addition to The House Box, Tim also renovated and fired up our wood-fired smoker, where we slow-cook pulled pork, shredded beef, and an array of vegetarian delights. Marie, on the other hand, collaborates with local catering and events companies such as Pencoose Pantry, Wild Tipi, The Buffalo Bar, Embers of Truro, and Weddings Made in Cornwall.

Marie brings her expertise in prepping and serving high-quality meals and canapes, having honed her skills working on the front lines at various events, from weddings and parties to funerals. Trained as a barista at Origin Coffee, she excels in serving drinks, ensuring guests' satisfaction. Marie's versatility extends to setting up events in various venues, including tents, tipis, halls, private homes, fields, and cliff tops.

With a deep knowledge and love for their Cornish home, Marie and Tim combine their skills to deliver a warm, welcoming, and unique dining experience to both locals and tourists. Their passion for creating unforgettable moments through food and hospitality shines through in every event they cater.
